Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds after confirmation

Once payment has been made and a swimming programme or lesson package has been confirmed, refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend a scheduled lesson
• Forgetting a lesson
• Deciding not to continue with the programme
• Relocating or travelling
• A student choosing not to participate after registration
• Dissatisfaction where AquaFit has delivered the agreed service
• Any other reason unrelated to AquaFit’s failure to provide the agreed service

2. Missed lessons

A missed lesson does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where appropriate, AquaFit may allow a lesson to be rescheduled if sufficient notice is provided and availability permits. Rescheduling is subject to AquaFit’s scheduling rules and is not guaranteed.

3. AquaFit cancellation

If AquaFit is unable to provide a paid lesson or programme and cannot reasonably reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement, AquaFit will work with the customer on an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

4. Exceptional circumstances

Any refund, credit, transfer, or other exception outside this policy is considered at the sole discretion of AquaFit Swimming Club, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

5. Acceptance of policy

By registering for an AquaFit programme or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AquaFit Swimming Club reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. The policy applicable at the time of registration will apply to that registration, subject to applicable law.
